Today, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach each had one new confirmed case and Torrance added three more. For the week, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach each have one new confirmed case, Torrance now has five and El Segundo alone is scoreless.

Among the South Bay beach cities, Hermosa Beach still has the fewest confirmed cases (36, only one less than El Segundo now) and the lowest case rate at 183.0 per 100,000 people. Torrance continues to have the most confirmed cases (now 417) and the highest case rate at 279.4 per 100,000 people.
