Today, Los Angeles County had 1382 more new confirmed cases than the total announced yesterday. New hospitalizations decreased 15.9% from eighty-two to sixty-nine. There were thirty-six new deaths announced today, the same number as yesterday.

Inside the hospitals, the current number of COVID-19 patients increased slightly from 1,429 to 1,446. The number of patients currently being treated in the ICU also increased slightly from 414 to 419. The number of patients on ventilators decreased 3.4% from 314 to 304.
